Brushing after every meal prevents the food to build up and create those
nasty stains no one likes! If you can't brush in the morning or after lunch
makes sure to brush at night before going to bed, this is going to be the most
important brush of the day.

sure to watch those drinks carefully! And if you can't stop or reduce your
coffee or other staining drinks intake try to drink it with a straw instead,
this will move the liquid past your teeth while you drink to keep your teeth
looking great.

Cut down on your junk
foods and concentrate on your fruits and veggies, this will help keep your
teeth healthy, remove plaque, help prevent cavities and will not stain your
teeth either.
